Elon Musk’s business SpaceX continued its steady pace of crewed flights this week by launching four passengers to the International Space Station from Florida. The group will go to the International Space Station as part of NASA’s Crew-5 mission for a six-month stay in space. This mission marks SpaceX’s eighth human spaceflight in a little more than two years and the company’s fifth operational crew launch for NASA to date. Soon after noon ET on Wednesday, Crew-5 took off, beginning their 29-hour trek to dock with the ISS. With this flight, SpaceX has now launched 30 astronauts, including both government and commercial missions, since its first crewed launch in May 2020.
