A SpaceX launch of 53 Starlink satellites from California on Thursday was visible over Arizona. A video shared by @ButlerCory shows the Falcon 9 heavy rocket blasting into orbit Thursday evening over Casa Grande, Ariz. The mission was launched from Space Launch Complex 4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California at 6:14 p.m. The Starlink satellites were ferried to low-Earth orbit, and the Falcon 9 first-stage booster landed back on Earth. This was the eighth launch and landing of this Falcon 9 booster, SpaceX said in a statement. The rocket previously launched five other Starlink missions, as well as NASAs Double Asteroid Redirection Test, or DART.
